Product Description
Duplex Thick Sheet Vacuum Forming Machine
Machine Description:
This equipment consists of frame, pressing device, heating system, temperature control system, mold table lifting device, vacuum molding system, cooling system, electrical system and soon.
1. Machine frame
(1) It is welded by national standard steel structure profile and treated by electronic aging to ensure the strength and rigidity of the whole rack without deformation. The whole rack is treated with anti-rust treatment and bottom coating.
(2) All organic add-on fittings are of universal type, which is convenient for subsequent maintenance and quick replacement.
2. Pressing device
The press frame is driven by pneumatic cylinder, according to the different sizes of the products, the upper press frame can be adjusted in different sizes of length and width, and the screws are locked;
3. Heating System
(1) This machine is single-sided heating, using high-quality ceramic heating brick heating.
(2)The heating element is firmly installed in a fixed way, so that it is not easy to shake or fall off during use, and it is easy to dismantle and install.
(3)Each heating brick is labeled with a corresponding number, which is convenient for quick adjustment of the corresponding heating brick.
(4)The heating furnace is accurately positioned when it moves to the heating station, motor-driven, and the process is smooth.
4. Temperature control system
(1)Heater in the working state, equipped with a terminal controller, all process parameters, settings, using digital display; in the touch screen can intuitively display the action in place condition and a variety of equipment parameters, data;
(2)Temperature control using temperature control module for regulation, accurate temperature control; using 485 communication, you can directly adjust the parameters on the touch screen, and can store multiple sets of data;
5. Mold table lifting device
The mold table power lifting system is driven by cylinders, and the lifting speed is smooth;
6. Vacuum forming system
It mainly consists of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum piping, vacuum control valve and so on.
7. Cooling System
The machine is equipped with a powerful axial fan for product cooling.
8. Electrical system
(1)The lines are beautifully arranged and not exposed.
(2)The wiring in the electric control box is beautiful and practical, neatly numbered and easy to maintain.
(3)All heating units have short-circuit protection devices.
