2.The electric furnace is driven by servo motor and heated by infrared heat pipe, which is automatically opened when the furnace is advanced and heated, and all of them are extinguished when it is returned, which greatly saves energy consumption.
3.Mold lifting is pneumatic, rack and pinion synchronous structure, stable and fast.
4.Material fixture is pneumatic, window integration adjustment, greatly reducing the time to change the mold.
5.Equipped with vacuum pump and vacuum tank, the equipment can be produced at any time.
6.Cooling system is equipped with 2 powerful fans.
