Equipment composition and technical description

The equipment consists of frame, heating system, temperature control system, vacuum forming system, bubble blowing (anti-sagging) system, cooling system, Electrical system, safety device system, etc.
1) Rack
lIt is welded by national standard steel structure profiles (the main frame is a 5mm national standard square pass), and has undergone electronic aging treatment to ensure the strength and rigidity of the overall frame without deformation. The overall frame is treated with anti-rust treatment and bottom spraying treatment.
lAll machine-added accessories adopt general-purpose accessories, which is convenient for follow-up maintenance and quick replacement.
2) Pressing device
lThe pressing frame is driven by cylinder.
lThe size of the pressing frame can be adjusted arbitrarily,the adjustment range is 1.5m*1m-2.5m*1.8m,driven by a motor, and the size can be adjusted on the touch screen.
lThe pressing frame has high-temperature-resistant sealing material, and the heated material will not leak during the inflation process.
3) Window device
lThe window can be manually adjusted from 1.5m*1m-2.5m*1.8m
4) Heating system
lThis machine is double-sided heating, and you can also choose the upper furnace or the lower furnace separately. Adoption of S-type halogen heaters. The characteristics of the heating tube: uniform heating, fast heating, no need for preheating, production can be started immediately, permeability Well, it has strong penetrating power, especially for some difficult products.
lThe upper heating furnace is driven by a servo motor and moves to the heating station with accurate positioning and adjustable speed. The lower heating furnace is driven by a cylinder, when the machine has an accidental power failure, the lower furnace will automatically return to the original position to prevent the sheet from falling onto the lower furnace.
lThe electric furnace will automatically turn on the heating after it enters the heating station, and it will automatically turn off when it is returned, saving a lot of energy consumption;
l The fixing method of the heating element is firmly installed, and it is not easy to shake and fall off during use;
lEach heating tube is marked with a corresponding number, which is convenient for quickly adjusting the corresponding heating tube.
The plate temperature detection function is equipped above the heating furnace, and the single-point temperature measurement is carried out by an infrared detector.
5) Temperature control system
lWhen the heater is working, it is equipped with a terminal controller, and all process parameters, settings, and digital display are used; the in-place status of the action and various equipment parameters and data can be intuitively displayed on the touch screen;
lThe temperature control adopts digital analog adjustment, and the temperature is controlled by adjusting the voltage, and the temperature control is accurate; using 485 communication, the parameters can be directly adjusted on the touch screen, and multiple sets of data can be stored;
lThe temperature of each heating unit in the heating area can be adjusted independently (one control and one adjustment method, you can turn off some heating elements to save energy consumption), and each heating element is marked on the line;
6) Upper and lower mold platform lifting device
lThe power lifting system of the upper and lower mold tables is driven by a servo motor, and the lifting speed is stable. When it is necessary to adjust the height of the mold, you can directly input the specified height on the touch screen, and there is no need to adjust the limit switch, etc.;
lThe lifting speed of the mold table can be adjusted independently. For products with high difficulty and not easy to be demolded, the mold table can adopt a multi-stage demoulding method to realize automatic demoulding.
7) Vacuum forming system
lIt is mainly composed of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum pipeline, vacuum control valve and so on.
l Equipped with two-stage vacuum system (large and small vacuum), which can be selected according to different complex products.
l Oil-type vacuum pump is selected, no noise.
8) Bubble blowing (anti-sagging) system
lThis equipment is equipped with a sealed working space, which can blow the heated plate before forming, and the bubble blowing function can ensure the uniform thickness of the workpiece;
l Equipped with adjustable blowing air pressure and pressure regulating valve, which can be adjusted according to different products;
lIt has the function of anti-dropping of materials, that is, when the board sags due to the weight of the soft baked board during the heating process, the system will detect and blow up the board in the mold cavity to prevent the material from falling into the lower electric furnace, no manual operation, automatic control .
9) Cooling system

10) Electrical system
