Equipment composition and technical description

This equipment consists of pressing device, heating system, temperature control system, mold table lifting device, vacuum forming system, bubble blowing (anti-sagging) system, cooling system, electrical system, safety device system and so on.

I. Pressing device
The press frame is driven by pneumatic cylinder, according to the size of the product to adjust the size of the window and the opening of the press frame, the press frame and the window can be adjusted to different sizes of length and width at will.

II. Heating system
1. This machine is double-sided heating, the upper furnace is driven by servo motor, or you can choose the upper or lower furnace separately, and it is heated by fast medium wave infrared heating tube. Heating tube features: fast heating, no need to preheat, boot can be produced, good permeability, strong penetration.
2. The electric furnace will automatically turn on the heating only after it enters the heating station, and it will automatically turn off when it returns, which saves a lot of energy consumption;
3. The heating furnace is accurately positioned when it moves to the heating station, driven by servo motor (the lower electric furnace is driven by cylinder), the process is smooth.


III. Temperature control system
1. The heater is equipped with a terminal controller in the working state, all process parameters, settings are used digital display, on the touch screen can intuitively display the action in place conditions and a variety of equipment parameters, data;
2. Temperature control using digital analog adjustment, control by the voltage output to adjust the heating temperature, temperature control is accurate; using 485 communication, you can directly adjust the parameters on the touch screen, and can store multiple sets of data;
3. The temperature of each heating unit in the heating zone is independently adjustable (one control and one adjustment mode, you can turn off part of the heating element to save energy), and each heating element is labeled on the line.


IV. Upper and lower mold table lifting device
1. The upper and lower mold table power lifting system is driven by servo motors, the lifting speed is smooth, and when you need to adjust the mold height, you can directly input the specified height in the touch screen, and you don't need to adjust the limit switches additionally;
2. The lifting speed of the mold table can be adjusted individually, and the mold table can adopt multi-stage demolding method to realize automatic demolding for the products which are difficult to demold.


V. Vacuum molding system
1. It mainly consists of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum pipeline, vacuum control valve and so on.
2. Equipped with two-stage vacuum system (large and small vacuum), according to the complexity of the product to choose.
3. Choose oil vacuum pump, no noise.


VI. Blowing bubble (anti-sagging) system
1. This equipment is equipped with a sealed workspace, blowing up the heated plate before molding, the blowing bubble function can ensure that the thickness of the workpiece is uniform;
2. Equipped with adjustable blowing bubble air pressure, equipped with pressure regulating valve, according to the different products to be adjusted;
3. Equipped with a sagging device, that is, the plate is baked soft in the heating process, resulting in self-weight aggravation and sagging, the system will automatically detect and blow up the plate with the mold cavity to prevent the material from falling to the lower furnace, without manual operation, automatic control.


VII. Cooling system
The machine is equipped with a powerful fan for product cooling, and the start, delay and length of cooling time can be set on the touch screen.

VIII. Electrical system
1. The lines are beautifully arranged and not exposed.
2. The lines in the electric control box are beautiful and practical, neatly numbered and easy to maintain.
3. All heating units have short-circuit protection devices.


IX. Safety device system
1. Equipped with safety grating, when the machine is working automatically, all the actions will stop immediately when the personnel enter the working area to ensure the safety of personnel.
2. The press frame is equipped with safety anti-drop device, which will be locked automatically when the operator loads and removes materials to ensure the safety of the operator.
3. The machine is equipped with operation light indication (running, standby, stop) and sound and light alarm.
