Equipment Description of PD-SD1613
I.Environmental requirements
1.Power supply voltage: three-phase five-wire 380V ± 10%, 50Hz

4.Compressed air pressure: 0.6MPa≤X≤0.8 MPa

II. Equipment use
It is suitable for vacuum forming of thermoplastic plates of ABS,PS,PE,PP,PC,PVC,PMMA and so on with thickness of 1~10mm.

III. Process flow of equipment
  Manual loading → Pressing → Heating (anti-sag) → Pre-blowing
                                              ↓
Remove finished product ← demold ← cool ← blow molding


Detailed process: (the following actions are fully automatic except for manual discharging and picking up)
Press the start button after manual loading - Pressure frame safety device is automatically released - Pressure frame presses the material tightly - Heating furnace advances (Upper or lower electric furnace can be selected separately) -Heating tube is turned on automatically (energy saving) -Sag prevention is turned on automatically during heating (to prevent the material from sagging and falling to the lower furnace) -The heating furnace exits when the time comes -Blowing bubble automatically open -Mold automatically rise (complex products can open the upper mold to assist) -Vacuum automatically open the suction molding- -Cooling is turned on (cold air and spray) - Mold blowing back up to release the mold - Mold down - Pressure frame up --Pressure frame safety device automatically opens (eliminating the safety hazard when taking products) - Manual material taking


IV. Equipment composition and technical description
This equipment consists of frame, press material and wellhead device, heating system, temperature control system, mold table lifting device, vacuum forming system, bubble blowing (anti-sagging) system, cooling system, electrical system, safety device system and so on.

1)Frame
It is welded with national standard steel structure profiles and processed by electronic aging to ensure the strength and rigidity of the overall rack without deformation. The overall rack is treated with anti-rust treatment and bottom coating.
All organic add-on fittings adopt universal type fittings, which is convenient for subsequent maintenance and quick replacement.

2) Pressing device
The press frame is driven by cylinder, according to the different size of the product, you need to adjust the opening size of the wellhead and the press frame, the upper press frame can be adjusted in different sizes of length and width, and the screws are locked; the wellhead plate is a universal movable wellhead plate, which is convenient and fast to be adjusted within the range of the four specified sizes.
The press frame has high temperature resistant sealing material, so that there will be no air leakage after the material is heated in the process of blowing up. And the sealing material is able to resist 300ºC high temperature baking.

3)Heating system
1. This machine is double-sided heating, you can also choose the upper or lower furnace alone, using S-type fast medium-wave infrared heating tube heating, heating tube features: uniform heating, fast heating, no preheating, boot can be produced, good penetration, penetration is strong. Especially for some difficult products is very advantageous.
2. The electric furnace will automatically turn on the heating only after it enters the heating station, and turn off automatically when it returns, which saves a lot of energy consumption;
3. The fixing method of the heating element is firmly installed, and it is not easy to shake and fall off in the process of using, and it is easy to dismantle and install, and the service life of the heating element is up to 5000 hours;
4. Each heating tube is labeled with a corresponding number, which is convenient for quick adjustment of the corresponding heating tube.
The heating furnace is accurately positioned when it moves to the heating station, and the inverter motor drive makes the process smooth.

4) Temperature control system
1. Heater in the working state, equipped with a terminal controller, all process parameters, settings, using digital display; in the touch screen can intuitively display the action of the in place condition and a variety of equipment parameters, data;
2. Temperature control adopts digital analog adjustment, which is controlled by voltage output to adjust the heating temperature, and the temperature control is accurate; with 485 communication, the parameters can be adjusted directly on the touch screen, and multiple sets of data can be stored;

3. The temperature of each heating unit in the heating zone is independently adjustable (one control and one adjustment mode, you can turn off part of the heating element to save energy), and each heating element is labeled on the line;

5) Mold table lifting device
1. The power lifting system of the mold table is driven by servo motors, with smooth lifting speed. When you need to adjust the height of the mold, you can directly input the specified height in the touch screen, and there is no need to adjust the limit switches and so on;
2. The lifting speed of the mold table can be adjusted individually, and the mold table can adopt multi-stage demolding method to realize automatic demolding for the products which are difficult and not so good at demolding.

6)Vacuum molding system
1. It mainly consists of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum pipeline, vacuum control valve and so on.
2. The vacuum pipeline is connected to the lower part of the mold table to meet the customers' various forms of molds, whether it is the old mold or the new mold, all can be produced.
3. Equipped with two-stage vacuum system (big and small vacuum), according to different complex products.
4. Choose oil type vacuum pump, no noise.

7) Blowing bubble (anti-sagging) system
1. This equipment is equipped with a sealed workspace to blow up the heated sheet before molding, and the bubble blowing function ensures uniform thickness of the workpiece;
2. Equipped with adjustable bubble blowing air pressure, equipped with pressure regulating valve, according to the different products to be adjusted;
3. Equipped with a sagging device, that is, the plate in the heating process due to the baking of the soft plate sagging under its own weight, the system will detect and mold cavity to blow up the plate to prevent the material from falling to the lower furnace, without manual operation, automatic control.

8) Cooling system
The machine is equipped with a powerful axial fan for product cooling, and the start and delay status of cooling can be set on the touch screen and time control.

9) Electrical system
1. The lines are beautifully arranged and not exposed.
2. The lines in the electric control box are beautiful and practical, neatly numbered and easy to maintain.
3. All heating units have short-circuit protection devices.

10) Safety device system
1. Equipped with safety grating, when the machine is working automatically, all the actions of the personnel entering the working area will stop immediately to ensure the safety of personnel.
2. The machine is equipped with operation light indication (running, standby, stop) and sound and light alarm.
